Cemetery

St. Patrick Cemetery was established in 1904 and is located at 460 N. Union Street, Kennett Square, PA 19348.  The cemetery property continues to be owned by St. Patrick Church and the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.

St. Patrick Cemetery is a sacred home to many loved ones who have gone before us in faith. In an effort to honor and maintain the dignity of our cemetery, there will be a general clean up of all grave sites on last Friday of each month. All items that have been placed on the graves in violation of our “Rules and Regulations” will be removed and placed outside the garage for one month.  We will dispose of any items not retrieved by a family member after that time.  Thank you in advance for abiding by the “Rules & Regulations” as provided to the deed holder and as found above.  Should you have any questions, please contact the Parish Office at 610-444-4364.

Rules & Regulations of St. Patrick Cemetery may be found by clicking here or by contacting the Parish Office at 610-444-4364.

Columbarium

St. Patrick Cemetery purchased a Columbarium in 2019, which provides the option for a family to entomb rather than bury the urn of a loved one.  The Columbarium has both large and small niches and has the capacity to hold up to 144 urns.

Two additional Columbariums were purchased in 2024. Each Columbarium has both large and small niches with the capacity to hold up to 80 urns.

For more information, please contact the Parish Office at 610-444-4364 or click here to read a pamphlet on the Columbarium at St. Patrick Cemetery.
