WELCOME TO THE DISCIPLE MAKER INDEX (DMI)

Our parish is on a journey to know, love, and serve Christ as a parish community. Together we must embrace Christ’s vision for missionary discipleship so our parish can thrive and be a place for others to grow in faith.

The very first step in this process involves assessing our greatest strengths and opportunities, and that is where the Disciple Maker Index (DMI) comes in. St. Patrick Parish will be participating in this parish-wide survey conducted by the Catholic Leadership Institute and we need your help!

Please help us by participating in a 10-15 minute survey online. The survey can be accessed by pressing the button “Take the Survey Now” found below. The questions on the survey will ask you to reflect on your own spiritual growth and enable you to provide feedback on our parish’s efforts to help you grow in your relationship with God.  All responses will be CONFIDENTIAL and St. Patrick Parish will only receive information about the community as a whole. This information will be invaluable to Father Rogers and our various ministries as we plan for the future and strive to be the best disciples we can be. A report of the findings will be shared in the coming months.

• Everyone ages high school and older can take the survey!

• If you prefer a paper copy: Paper surveys will be available in the Narthex. You can also download your own paper copy here. 
• Completed paper surveys may be returned to the Parish Office or to the box in Narthex labeled “DMI Parish Survey.”

WHEN CAN I TAKE THE SURVEY?

• You can take the survey anytime NOW through April 10, 2025.
